Prodty was founded in November 1982, firstly with engineering activities
(development of own products) and sales, aiming to attend the demand of
peripheral products for stamping shops, that aimed mainly to improve the follow
conditions:
-Productivity (Products for Automation);
-Flexibility (Quick Die Change products);
-Quality (Nitrogen gas springs);
-Integration (The final result of the system).
This demand started mainly due to the automobile industries and auto parts.
In 1989 Prodty started manufacturing its own products, installing its machinery
in a building that was six hundred square meters, where it was kept until 2001,
moving afterwards to its own large and modern building that is four thousand
meters meters, incorporating new machines, aiming to attend the requirements of
the market better, mainly international ones, in terms of quality, prices and
deadlines.
